Employment Policy

At Henfrey’s, we believe in equal, fair and supportive employment opportunities for self-employed stylists.

The stylists we work with are all self-employed and rent out chairs and workstations within the salon itself, providing them the opportunity to deliver their services to their individual clients. We provide a safe, clean and fully functional salon for them to work in, and meet all health and safety standards, COVID regulations and additional legal requirements.

As a self-employed contractor, the stylists are responsible for their own delivery of service, time management, bookings and pricing rates. Henfrey’s is not responsible for any dissatisfaction of service or complaints regarding the individual stylist. Any complaints or queries should be directed towards the individual stylist to be managed through their channels directly.
